Air
conditioning of greenhouses. To seek the maximum quality and
production, even in different seasons and under adverse climate, you must
control variables such as temperature, humidity, ventilation, light and
CO2 supply. COINSA has at your disposal a full range of automatisms and
air conditioning systems.
Heating.
In order that the crops continue to grow in winter, you need
to provide heat which can be supplied by means of hot air or hot water.
Ventilation.
It reduces room temperature; renews air in the installation;
establishes a suitable concentration of CO2 for photosynthesis of plants
and helps control the hygrometric contents of room temperature.
Humidification.
This has a dual function of controlling temperature (cooling
by evaporation) and providing the necessary air humidity for the correct
activity of the plant. There is an interrelation between humidity and
temperature. When temperature rises, humidity decreases and the air humidity
decisively influences on the success of a crop: low humidity reduces the
plant activity, and on the other hand, high humidity apart from paralysing
the plant activity, also provokes problems and diseases. COINSA designs
and installs the most suitable solution depending on the specific atmospheric
conditions.
HEAT SHIELD. The shields are fabrics made with
combination of polyester fabrics equipped with a fine layer of aluminium
inter-stitched with absorbent acrylic thread. It balances the room temperature
of the greenhouses against drastic temperature changes, excess of humidity
and fluctuations in sun radiation.
CLIMATIC AND METEOROLOGICAL CONTROLLER
COINSA installs
an efficient Computer system to control the climatic parameters of greenhouses.
This system is based on the use of a central computer that is connected
to a number of sensors, which take the variations of different parameters
with respect to the values programmed initially. It is a small climate
forecaster that registers interior and exterior temperature values, relative
humidity, wind speed, light, etc. connected via computer with different
elements that bear influence on temperature and humidity conditions inside
the greenhouse.
